The hotel redevelopment project involves the renovation of 38 guest rooms and suites within the existing Palace, along with the new construction of 32 guest rooms in the new annexes. The development covers a BUA of 18,000 sqm on a plot area of 38,400 sqm. Additional facilities feature a basement car park, guest room annexes, spa, royal gardens, events lawn, and extensive landscaping. The scope also encompasses complete infrastructure and MEP installations, along with specialized hotel systems such as kitchens and laundry, AV and IT systems, fire life safety (FLS) systems, and signage and wayfinding.
