Turnkey construction of a landmark mixed-use development featuring a 14-story Iconic Tower designed for corporate office operations, a 1,400 sqm masjid, and a 2,000 sqm museum. The total developed area spans 146,000 sqm, encompassing built-up structures and full site infrastructure. As the Main Contractor, MOBCO was responsible for full site preparation, including earthworks, excavation, paving, landscaping, water features, and signage. Construction works included reinforced and plain concrete structures, building erection, specialized metal works, moisture and heat protection, curtain walls, external openings, and premium finishes. The scope also covered complete mechanical systems (plumbing, drainage, irrigation, fire protection, HVAC, and BMS) and electrical systems (medium voltage power, lighting, grounding, fire alarms, security, communications, and backup power). MOBCO managed site logistics, including offices, workshops, material storage, and an on-site concrete lab to ensure quality control and efficient delivery.
