A high-rise residential development, with a BUA of 133,000 sqm, designed to accommodate a range of living, service, and recreational functions. The tower comprises four basement levels for parking and services; lower and upper ground floors; mezzanine; dedicated restaurant and prayer areas; a technical/ service floor; tiered residential units across multiple levels.
The scope comprised full structural (skeleton) works. This includes execution of all concrete and structural elements such as foundations, slabs, columns, walls, and cores across all basement, podium, and tower levels.
