Turnkey construction of a premium high-rise mixed-use development comprising hotel and retail functions, featuring a 32-story tower reaching 130 meters in height with a BUA of 76,000 sqm. The scope included full civil and structural works, including basement, core walls, slabs, and columns, as well as architectural finishes in line with hospitality standards. MOBCO also delivered external landscaping, access roads, and utility integration, while coordinating closely with MEP contractors to embed sleeves and access provisions during the structural phase.
