Construction of a landmark high-rise mixed-use development comprising hotel and retail components across 18 towers, each rising 43 floors with a height of 175 meters and covering a total BUA of 668,000 sqm. MOBCO’s scope included full civil and structural works, including substructure, superstructure, vertical cores, and slab systems. External works comprised infrastructure, paving, and roadworks, while site development included retaining structures, utility networks, pedestrian pathways, and extensive landscaping and hardscaping to support the overall project.
