The project consists of the development of a 230,000 sqm site into a state-of-the-art Truck Service Center, incorporating multiple specialized facilities. Key components include a commercial zone (7,960 sqm), a masjid (540 sqm), a lathe shop (710 sqm), utility buildings (1,630 sqm), and dedicated maintenance areas for cars (1,315 sqm) and trucks (3,360 sqm), along with designated washing zones. The site is equipped with extensive parking facilities for 248 cars, 12 trucks, 5 buses, and 35 staging trucks, and features a comprehensive fueling network with 32 car fueling stations, 18 truck fueling stations, 4 hydrogen fueling stations for trucks, and a 2,000 sqm hydrogen plant to promote clean energy use.
MOBCO’s scope covers the full design and build of all site facilities, infrastructure, and utilities. This includes site preparation, structural and architectural works, MEP installations, and specialized systems for fueling and hydrogen production. The scope also encompasses roadworks, parking development, landscaping, and all associated works to deliver a fully integrated, operational Truck Service Center that meets NEOM’s advanced sustainability and operational standards.
