The project comprises the reconfiguration of NEOM Bay Airport’s international flight terminal, designed to enhance operational efficiency and passenger experience. Key components include the terminal building with structural works, architectural finishes, and complete interior fit-outs, covering façades, ceilings, flooring, and public areas. Supporting infrastructure elements consist of earthworks, grading, and site preparation, along with the installation of drainage, potable water, electrical systems, and road networks to ensure seamless terminal operations and connectivity.
MOBCO’s scope involved the full design and build delivery of the terminal reconfiguration, integrating structural, architectural, and MEP works to meet international aviation standards. The works also encompassed the development of external infrastructure, utility networks, and road systems, ensuring the upgraded terminal functions efficiently within NEOM’s high-performance transport hub.
