A 15-story main building and a 2-story cup building with a total BUA of 87,000 sqm. Construction was carried out in compliance with LEED Version 4 requirements, targeting construction-phase credits. The scope included the construction of the concrete skeleton, concrete and masonry work, underground waterproofing and earthing, as well as backfilling and earthing activities.
