A 8-storey building with a BUA of 23,466 sqm was designed and executed in accordance with LEED v4 BD+C (Building Design and Construction) standards, with several construction-phase credits pursued. MOBCO developed and implemented key sustainability plans to meet LEED v4 prerequisites and assigned credits, including the Construction Activity Pollution Prevention Plan, Construction Waste Management Plan, and Indoor Air Quality (IAQ) Management Plan during construction. Additionally, all construction materials were selected to comply with LEED v4 BD+C material requirements, ensuring environmental performance and occupant health standards were maintained throughout the construction phase.
