Turnkey development of a large-scale residential community under a PPP concession model, utilizing the Design, Build, Finance, Operate, and Maintain (DBFOM) approach. Designed to accommodate 10,000 residents, the project has a total built-up area of 260,000 sqm and includes the construction of residential units, communal and recreational facilities, utility infrastructure, roadworks, and associated support services. As the EPC Contractor, MOBCO was responsible for comprehensive construction activities, including site preparation, grading, and enabling works; execution of residential accommodation buildings along with kitchen, dining, recreational, and administrative spaces; concrete, steel, and finishing works; and full MEP installations covering power, water, sewage, HVAC, and fire protection systems. The scope also encompassed development of internal roads, walkways, drainage networks, and other essential infrastructure. The project was delivered in close coordination with project stakeholders and in full compliance with NEOM’s construction, sustainability, and performance standards.
