Complete interior finishing of an 18-story commercial building with four basement levels, totaling a Gross Floor Area (GFA) of 70,000 sqm. The scope included high-end wall, floor, and ceiling finishes across executive zones, public areas, and technical rooms. Works involved installation of gypsum and glass partitions, sound-insulated walls, wooden and metal doors, and custom joinery such as reception counters, built-in cabinetry, and wall claddings. Finishing activities were closely coordinated with MEP contractors to ensure seamless integration of lighting, HVAC, access panels, and fire systems. The project was completed with final cleaning, touch-ups, defect rectification, and handover in accordance with Bank Albilad’s quality standards.
