Completion of remaining construction works for four high-rise mixed-use towers, ranging from 17 to 38 floors, with a BUA of 243,000 sqm.
Scope included completion and rectification of all outstanding civil, structural, architectural, and MEP works, as well as testing, commissioning, and integration of building systems including electrical, mechanical, plumbing, fire protection, BMS, and ELV systems. Also, External works including execution of architectural features, hardscape paving, soft landscaping, planting, and fully integrated irrigation systems.
