As the Main Contractor, MOBCO executed full structural works—including foundations, basements, and superstructure—followed by high-quality architectural and interior finishes. The scope included façade installation, internal fit-outs, and complete MEP systems, delivering a fully operational business tower in line with applicable safety and quality standards.
